Victoria Suchodolski- Piano, Theory
Charlestown resident Victoria Suchodolski actively performs throughout New England as a pianist, harpsichordist, and organist. She has recently given concerts in Boston, Cambridge, Quincy, Hingham, Salem, Chelmsford, and Lowell. As a specialist in music of the Baroque Era, she has performed at the American Bach Soloists Academy, the Bach Institute at Emmanuel Music, and the Bach Festival and Symposium at UMass Amherst. She regularly appears as a harpsichordist with the Lowell Chamber Orchestra, and is the organist at St. Lawrence Church in Brookline. Victoria has been teaching piano students in the Boston area since 2008, and has served on the faculties of the Performing Arts Center of Metrowest (Framingham), Newton Music Academy (Needham), Kingsley Montessori School (Boston), and South Shore Conservatory (Hingham and Duxbury). Victoria is a member of the New England Piano Teachers’ Association (NEPTA), and served on NEPTA’s board of directors from 2014-2017. Her piano students have performed on NEPTA’s recital series and have earned consistently high marks in the Royal Conservatory Music Development Program examinations. Victoria has also adjudicated competitions and festivals, including the Rhode Island Music Education Association Solo and Ensemble Festival and the Keiser Student Music Competition at St. Paul’s School. She holds degrees in piano performance from Carnegie Mellon University (Bachelor of Fine Arts) and the University of Massachusetts Amherst (Master of Music).
